1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

3. Ticket Validity

1-Day tickets are valid for the selected visit date only
2-Day passes must be used within 7 consecutive days of first use
Tickets are non-transferable

4. Cancellation & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made after purchase. Please ensure you select the correct date and ticket type before completing your purchase.

5. Park Rules

Visitors must comply with all park rules and regulations. Hong Kong Disneyland reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who does not comply.

6. Age Categories

Adult: Ages 12-64
Child: Ages 3-11
Senior: Ages 65+
Children under 3: Free admission

7. Liability

We act as an authorised ticket reseller. We are not responsible for any changes to park hours, ride closures, or cancellations by Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
